Service Policies

​Continuity of Care / Cancellation Policy:

Clients engaged via Alma receive notification via writing upon initiation of services regarding cancellation policies. Per policy, any cancellation/ reschedule request must be received at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation requests under 24 hours and no-shows, if not rescheduled within the same week, are subject to a fee amounting to 50% of their regular service rate (not including autopay discounts), as agreed upon in the Alma treatment authorization form.

Clients agree to attend appointments as scheduled to increase potential for positive outcomes in therapy. Clients who display pattern of short-notice cancellations or no-shows may be released from regular caseload. Clients who display pattern of non-payment may be released from regular caseload. Clients may request reinstatement of

services at any time, but may be subject to waitlist.

Billing Information

Clients with Insurance

To best serve my clients, I utilize the Alma practice management platform for processing payments and receiving referrals.  Instructions for payment of service will be sent via email by the Alma Support Team. Clients are responsible for any copay as determined by their insurance provider. Any questions about insurance coverage should be directed to Alma via support@helloalma.com

 

Self-Pay Clients

Cash Pay clients are charged a rate of $125 per session and may be eligible discounts based on income and Auto-Pay enrollment (as low as $80).​​
